Final integration of NewSonic into FOERSTER

The time has come: NewSonic will be fully integrated into FOERSTER, both organizationally and spatially, as of August 1st, 2021. This means that the relocation of the delivery and ordering systems as well as the location will be completed.

This current step of integration now has an impact on the commercial documents.

For all commercial transactions we kindly ask you to consider the following:

Purchase orders and service cases

The decisive factor in commercial documentation is the time at which the service is performed, i.e., for example, when an order is delivered to you.

In order to allow a phase of transition, orders that will be delivered from 01 August 2021 can already be accepted by FOERSTER from now on. Please address your business transaction accordingly!

If you already know today that the delivery will only be after August 01, 2021 or if you accept a delivery after August 01 for your order, we would like to ask you to address your order to FOERSTER already today.

Deliveries via NewSonic are still possible until Friday, 23rd July 2021. Due to the move, there will be no deliveries in the week from 26th to 30th July 2021. Thank you very much for your understanding!

In case of service procedures, we recommend that you briefly contact us for processing.

Contacts

Please make the necessary changes to the new addressing in your systems. The new supplier address is:

Institut Dr. Foerster GmbH & Co. KG
In Laisen 70
72766 Reutlingen
Deutschland

We would like to ask you to send in service work (calibrations, repairs) to the following address:

Institut Dr. Foerster GmbH & Co. KG
Service BU MT
In Laisen 70
72766 Reutlingen
Deutschland

Please include an info with the product name and the request (e.g. SONODUR repair or calibration) to help us to further ensure short turnaround times.

Communication

For further communication we would kindly like to ask you to use the following:

Email: Sales.mt.de@foerstergroup.com
Phone: + 49 71 21 140-0

For a transition period, the NewSonic homepage will continue to exist.

Our concern is to make the transition as smooth as possible, knowing that change always brings questions.  Are details still unclear? Then please contact us directly!

We thank you very much for your understanding and support of this 'new beginning'!

NewSonic is now Member oft he FOERSTER Group

Since 01.01.2021 NewSonic GmbH & Co. KG has been included in the FOERSTER Group as a subsidiary.

After 10 very successful years of technological development and worldwide market expansion mobile UCI hardness testing is thus placed on a broader footing to secure the future offering of the SonoDur and Leeb portfolio and to purposefully expand further market growth. An important pillar is also the continuation of our service and repair offer for MIC1, MIC2 and MIC10 devices and probes.

Information regarding the Corona crisis

So we are still here for you as well!

We work under special safety measures and we have also instructed our employees to respect the rules in their private life as well here at their working places. Some of them are dislocated to work from home for you. Our sales people stay at their main bases and have already started to prepare customer visits hoping for eased restrictions to travel and to have contacts again. If there are possible delays in order handling due to lack of supplies or in our service work or production respectively we now beg for your understanding. In any case we are doing our best as always to fulfill your requests in time as good as we can. We all here hope that this depressing time will be over soon and that we can return to normal life with our customers and partners all over the world.

MIC10/MIC20 - Exchange Probes in SonoDur Quality and Design

MIC10/MIC20 - Exchange Probes in SonoDur Quality and Design

SonoDur probes are bigger and therefore can be grabbed more easily and operated more safely. The larger probe diameter allows better control at less transmission of force even at higher test loads (manual testing) with improved control at the same time. The exchange probe is distinctively bigger/longer, which allows an easier perpendicular setting. Therefore measurement deviations, due to inclined placement on the surface, can be reduced. View video.
