Since many years long we offer repair and calibration service for UCI-hardness tester and probes for GE Sensing&Inspection Technologies (former Krautkramer) for our customers (MIC1, MIC2, MIC10, MIC20). We will continue with our service, providing fast turn-around times with known high quality at fair prices for our customers around the world.
A new, improved version of the instrument software (version 118) is now available. The new version is available in following language: DE, EN, FR, CZ, PL, CN. NewSonic demonstrates its leadership in the market of UCI-hardness testers by a significant increase of the measuring rate using handheld probes. This will support high speed, repeated measurements (<< 1 sec measurement cycle) especially using handheld probes with low test loads still with the well known highest accuracy and trueness.
The installation file can be downloaded from our website in the customer area.
In the forum “Hardness 2017” in cooperation with the MPA Darmstadt you will be informed you about new developments and current issues in the hardness testing sector. • Innovations in the standardisation of hardness tests • Conversion of hardness values • Mobile ardness testing • Periodic checking and measuring inaccuracies • Stability and suitability of measuring instruments • Hardness testing of thin layers
NewSonic will speak on the topic "Hardness testing of thin layers: Application possibilities of the UCI-hardness principle".
Just in time for the CONTROL 2016-Exposition, besides the new PC-Software SonoLink we present to our customers our new probe generation SONO-S from HV1 to HV10.
Our new Probe-Generation combines the fast measurement of hand-held probes, with the reliability and precision of motor probes - even on curved surfaces.
We’ll present again our newest developments for UCI mobile and automatic hardness measuring technique. Take the chance for a personal talk. We look forward to your visit in our booth 5301, hall 5!
In the forum "Hardness 2016" which is held from the national material testing laboratory MPA NRW in cooperation with the MPA Darmstadt we would like to inform you about new developments and current issues in the hardness testing sector. The MPA NRW is the largest calibration laboratory for hardness reference blocks, indenters and material-testing machines in Germany. The employees of the MPA NRW participate in the national and international standardisation bodies as well as in VDI/VDE and AWT. Key subjects:
Innovations in the standardisation of hardness tests
Conversion of measurement results into other hardness scales
Evaluating tensile properties from hardness values
Mobile hardness testing
Calculating measuring inaccuracies
NewSonic refers about "Overview of the different mobile hardness testers and their application possibilities".
In calendar week 2 NewSonic demonstrates newest technology in portable hardness testing to customers in UK. This is done together with our representing company Spectrographic, Paul Chippendale. Spectrographic LTD., located in Bradford is specialized in advising for metal testing procedures including SonoDur2 mobile Hardness testing made by NewSonic.
A new, improved version of the instrument software (version 113) is now available. The new version is available in following language: DE, EN, FR, CZ, PL, CN.
Recent enhancements include an automatic storage function when the number of measurements equals the pre-setting and additional conversion scales HS and HRE. The installation file can be downloaded from our website in the customer area
